Professor Wang Xiuhua 's Observation On The Curative Effect Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion On Blood Stasis And Stagnation

Objective:To explore Xiu hua Wang teacher the party with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of blood stasis type and the clinical effect of the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.Material and methods:According to include and exclude and excluding standard,Choice in January 2013 to January 2015 in liaoning university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine between fractures, 96 cases of outpatient treatment,Patients with the Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(Xue yu qi zhi)met inclusion criteria.All the patients were randomly had divide of treatment group with control group,the treatment group of 48 cases with oral from acupuncture method,the control group of 48 patients with bone muscle bolus with acupuncture treatment methods.Results :(1)In the clinical efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine,treatment group total effective rate was 93.4%,the control group total effective rate was 89.6%.The treatment group compared with control group with significant difference(P<0.01).(2)To observe the VAS score of two groups of patients,the control group with treatment group compared before treatment(P>0.05) had no statistical significance;before and after treatment in the group score, all have significant statistical significance(P<0.05);after treatment, the two groups, with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)Observe two groups of patients with numb symptom scores,two groups before treatment is no statistical significance(P > 0.05);two groups before treatment is no statistical significance(P > 0.05);after treatment, the two groups, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(4)Comparison of two groups of patients ALT, BUN, CR index;the two groups after treatment no statistical significance(P > 0.05);the results showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).(5)Compared to two groups after treatment, numbness began to pain relief time,was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the optimal treatment group was obviously in the control group.Conclusion:Use Xiu hua Wang teacher the party with acupuncture of Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(Xue yu qi zhi)treatment effect is better than Bone muscle pill capsule with acupuncture treatment effect.
