Clinical Observation Of Cerebral Rheumatoid Arthritis Combined With Urinary Tract Infection And Analysis Of Related Risk Factors

Object: When I was an intern in the division of Rheumatology,I found that many patients who have got Rheumatoid arthritis are also suffering the urinary tract infection.We all know that many diseases can complicate urinary tract infection,such as diabetes.There are few research about the patients who have got both Rheumatoid arthritis and urinary tract infection.Through the retrospective method,I do the research to report about the occurrence regularity,syndromes,course of the disease and season.Further more,I want to figer out the porbable risk factors to these patients.Method:1.I collected the medical records from 2015/01/01 to 2015/12/31.There are 214 medical records eligible.2.Use the SPSS 17.0 software to analysis the data.Discribe the quantities with mean±standard deviation.Discribe the count with percentage.Use the ?2 test to analysis the data and Logistic regression analysis to figer out the risk factors.P<0.05 means that it has statistical significance.Conclusion: The incidence of this disease is 30.7%.During the season of chushu,shuangjiang and hanlu,the incidence increases.The average age of these patients is 60.06±11.33 years old,average course is 9.88±10.21 years.Most patients got the Shirebizu syndromes.Among these 214 patients,there are 117 people who are fully recovered.The other 97 people are not or even exacerbation.High level of RF is one risk factor of the patients who are not fully recovered,and the more species of DMARDS they use is another risk factor.
