Application Of Fuzheng, Quxie And Traditional Chinese Medicine Pieces In Comprehensive Treatment Of Lung Cancer

Purpose: Analysis of Utilization of herbal pieces of dispelling exogenous pathogen, strengthening healthy qi and symptomatic-treatment simultaneously in the comprehensive treatment for patients with lung cancer. in order to in the clinical treatment better improve clinical symptoms, slow progress and improve the quality of life.Materials and methods: This retrospective study included 85 patients with lung cancer from May to June in 2015 in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine oncology(including wards and department treated by professor YIN Dongfeng).Use Microsoft Excel 2010 tabulation to counthasic data of the patients,Including ages, sex, pathological types, ZPS scores Recurrence, with no tumor or with tumor, comprehensive treatment and Chinese Herbal pieces etc,establish database.According to the patient’s ZPS scores and tumor status,divided them into three groups: the group of ZPS 0-2 with no tumor, the group of ZPS 0-2 with tumor,the group of ZPS 3-4 with tumor. Comparing the three groups respectively with each other to observe the uses of three kinds of herbal pieces(dispelling exogenous pathogen, strengthening healthy qi and symptomatic-treatment pieces) by single factor analysis of variance and multiple comparison,the data was analyzed by SPSS17.0.Results:1.85 patients with lung cancer,54.12% have been treated by surgery,45.88% did not receive.Among them, 30.59% had no tumor after surgery, and 23.53% had postoperative recurrence or metastasis. Combined the ZPS score of patients,26 cases of ZPS 0-2 with no tumor,44 cases of ZPS 0-2 with tumor,0 cases of ZPS 3-4 with no tumor,15 cases of ZPS 3-4 with tumor.2.Among the 85 patients with lung cancer,8 cases were not accepted the treatment of Chinese Herbal Pieces. In the patients who use the treatment of Chinese Herbal Pieces,all of the patients of ZPS 0-2 with no tumor had finished the adjunctive therapy after the operation,6cases of them cooperated with the treatment of immunoregulation;In the patients of ZPS 0-2 with tumor, 14 cases were cooperated with the treatment of radiotherapy,chemotherapy and targeted therapy, 8 cases were cooperated with the treatment of immunoregulation, 4 cases were cooperated with the treatment of immunoregulation.In the patients of ZPS 0-2 with tumor,12 cases were cooperated with the treatment of alleviative treatment;In the patients of ZPS 3-4 with tumor,11cases(91.67%) were cooperated with the treatment of alleviative treatment.3.Pieces use situation, Use of each kind of pieces:who use of the pieces of dispelling exogenous pathogen was more than in the group of ZPS 3-4 with tumor were that the group of ZPS 0-2 with tumor and the group of ZPS 0-2 with no tumor(P<0.05).The group of ZPS 0-2 with tumor use of the pieces of strengthening healthy qi was more than the group of ZPS 0-2 with no tumor(P < 0.05).The group of ZPS 3-4 with tumor use of the pieces of symptomatic-treatment simultaneously was more than the two groups of ZPS 0-2 with tumor and ZPS 0-2 with no tumor(P<0.05). Patients in each group:There was no significant difference in the number of the three types pieces of the patients which ZPS 0-2 with no tumor(P<0.05), the two herbal pieces used more than the dispelling exogenous pathogen which were pieces of the strengthening healthy qi and symptomatic-treatment simultaneously in the group of ZPS 0-2 with tumor(P<0.05), the two herbal pieces used less than the symptomatic-treatment simultaneously which were pieces of the strengthening healthy qi and dispelling exogenous pathogen in the group of ZPS 3-4 with tumor(P<0.05),Conclusion:1.The pieces of strengthening healthy qi,dispelling exogenous pathogenand Symptomatic treatment were used in the lung cancer patients who with different KPS score and the state of with tumor,but the number of the three kinds of pieces were different. According to the patient’s condition of ZPS scores,tumor status and comprehensive treatment,rational use of herbal pieces of strengthening healthy qi,dispelling exogenous pathogen,and symptomatic-treatment simultaneously.2.Good general state of patients used more pieces of dispelling exogenous pathogen.Good general state of patients with tumor use more pieces of strengthening healthy qi and Symptomatic treatment. Poor general condition of patients with tumor took more attention to the treatment of patients with symptoms, to improve the quality of life of patients, and use more symptomatic treatment pieces.
