Purpose:To investigate the clinical effect of Kanglaite injection combined with intravenous hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant ascites.Material and method:The patients with malignant ascites were treated by intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy in the PL A 463rd hospital in November 2014-December 2015, Combined with intravenous infusion of KLT treatment divided into observation group and control group, The observation group was given intravenous KLT combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermia perfusion cycle, The control group was treated by intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy alone. The volume of ascites, the improvement of KPS score improvement and main symptom scores were compared between the two groups after treatment, and the two groups of patients in the treatment of fever, gastrointestinal reaction, heart rate disorders, anemia, bone marrow suppression, liver and kidney function damage and other adverse reactions were evaluated.Results:1.Before and after treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the reduction of the amount of ascites(P>0.05).2. Observation group in the KPS score improvement and the main symptom score improvement compared with the control group, there was statistical difference(P<0.05).3.The incidence rate of adverse reactions (such as Bone marrow inhibition and liver function damage) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Kanglaite combined with intraperitoneal local thermal circulation perfusion chemotherapy, for malignant peritoneal effusion ascites improved with simple hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion chemotherapy compared, the difference was not significant.2. Combination of Kanglaite injection intravenous injection and intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy on the quality of life of the patients was improved significantly, can significantly improve the KPS of patients, alleviate spleen wet trapped symptoms, and have advantage in reducing some of the adverse reactions (such as bone marrow suppression and liver function damage).
