Questionnaire Analysis On Medical Mutual Activities Of Workers And Staff Members In Yunnan Province

With the continuous development of economy and society, people pay more and more attention to medical treatment and healthy problems, and our country is constantly promoting the establishment of hospital health system which is in line with the nationa l conditions. However, China’s medical reform started late, medical treatment is diffic ult and expensive, is still a problem for the majority of workers. Due to the higher medical costs, personal healthy care costs are too high, some of the lower income workers do not treat the disease, not to see a doctor. July 2004, Yunnan Province Federation of Trade Unions launched a province-wide employee medical mutual activity, which advocated "someone else to help me, I help people when I am heathy" the spirit of hope that workers help each other, So that workers at the time of hospitalization, which can enjoy basic medical insurance, you can get the event to give subsidies to alleviate the economic burden of illness when workers bring medical costs, and improve the abilit y to resist against the risks.So far, there are eleven stages of medical assistance activit ies, but there are still a lot of problems to be solved.In this paper, a systematic analysis of the quantitative analysis and qualitat i ve analysis of the eleventh phase of the medical assistance in Yunnan province was carried out. In order to understand the basic structure of the employees, a simple statistica l description of the basic information of the respondents was carried out; a correlation analysis was conducted on the cognitive situation and the cognitive channels, the recent hospitalization situation, the assessment of the staff members, and the current standard of medical care; a ordered regression models were established for the evaluation of medical assistance activities; a mutual binary Logistic regression models were set up to study the standard of the workers’ perception of the future; the mental and the future of the employee’s participation in the medical activity and the future are analyzed. Finally, the internal reliability analysis and clustering analysis of K-mean cluster are carried out. Analysis results show: Most of the respondents were able to correctly know the Organization Department, the staff of the cognitive, and to participate in the situation, the recent hospitalization and age in a certain relationship; employee medical assistance activities have reached a certain degree of coverage, all employees have participated in the activity, the evaluation of medical assistance is very good, and the vast majority of workers are willing to continue to participate in activities, the majority of workers are holding hopes to ease the economic pressure to participate in the activities of the workers, the unit’s nature affects whether to accept the future to improve the payment standards. Through the analysis, the relevant departments should increase the publicity efforts, subsidies and develop a reasonable payment standards, improve the system of employee medical assistance activities, so as to make the activities more effective.
