| Background:post-infected cough(PIC) is caused by upper respiratory tract infection, infection control after protracted a cough,which is a common disease in the Department of respiration belong to subacute cough. "The cough diagnosis and treatment guidelines "(2009 Edition) issued by Chinese Medical Association put forward that the cause of the cough is about 6% to 10% of the cause of chronic cough. With a history of upper respiratory tract infections, about 25% to 11% will be infected with cough, the incidence of the epidemic in the season of up to 25%-50%.Modern medicine is still a lack of treatment with PIC recognized effective drugs, in the clinic, many patients have long been misdiagnosed as chronic bronchitis "or" bronchitis ",the use of antibacterial drug treatment is invalid, or unknown for diagnosis and repeated tests, which not only increased the pain of patients, also increased the economic burden of patients. In recent years, the use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of PIC showed that the efficacy of TCM for the treatment of PIC is prominent, reliable. But at present, the research of TCM on PIC is vague and fuzzy in diagnosis and syndrome diagnosis; There is a lack of understanding of the syndrome and treatment of Chinese medicine is more normative, more unified. Therefore, it is very important to further standardize the syndrome diagnosis and treatment of the disease, and to effectively solve the difficult problem of PIC.Objective: To analyze the characteristics of TCM treatment and treatment of the TCM prescription for the treatment of PIC.And through the systematic evaluation and analysis of the efficacy and safety of TCM treatment.Then summarize the experience of Professor Wang Yuguang in treating PIC.Method:The ancient literature retrieval of ancient literature research on history and literature by using China Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese medicine "for the clinical service of TCM knowledge database",according to the search strategy of PIC pharyngeal itching, dry cough, irritating cough and other clinical features set the key words; system evaluation with computer retrieval Chinese database, a randomized controlled trial collection of Chinese medicine treatment, and according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria screening test, quality assessment and data extraction, were analyzed using Review Manager5.3 software; Professor Wang Yuguang outpatient treatment of PIC medical records were collated, analyzed and summarized the application of Chinese medicine treatment of PIC.Result:(1)Retrieval type 1 hitting 1147; retrieval type 2 hitting 1147; retrieval type 3 hitting 1335 strip; retrieval type 4 hitting 1335; retrieval type 5 hitting2242; by re processing, described in accordance with the provisions, remove obviously does not meet PIC feature description of the provisions, received a total of disease and syndrome 782, medical records 688, prescription 473 a into this sort of research.(2) Analysis of mate parts:①markedly rate results:for each article markedly the number (cure±markedly) statistics, to more explicit rate analysis, the chi2=30.38, the corresponding P = 0.02, and 12=47%< 50%, showed no heterogeneity between studies, so using fixed effect model or summary, the total OR=3.70,95% confidence interval for [2.64,5.81], Z=7.61, P< 0.00001. The results showed that the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group is more and more obvious curative effect is better than that of the control group. (2) the total efficiency of the results:of each article in the total effective number (cure +markedly+improved) statistics, the total efficiency of analysis, the chi2=11.89 and its corresponding p=0.75, and 12= 0%< 50% and showed no heterogeneity between studies, so using fixed effect model or summary, the total OR=3.83,95% confidence interval for [2.81,5.83], Z=8.47, P< 0.00001, indicating that the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the overall efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.(3) Professor Wang Yuguang proposed PIC the etiological factors and pathogenesis of the disease and attacking the lung and exterior syndrome have disappeared, due to loss of governance and mistreatment (antibiotics, cold heat, moistening lung cough medicine) lead to lung dispersing descending arrhythmia, inducing factors of all kinds of disturbance, mostly for array of cough ("spasmodic cough"), similar good deeds and the number of change "wind syndrome", but neither exogenous table card signs, no endogenous wind syndrome; the core of pathogenesis of lung qi disorder. A commonly used method is "Tiaoganlifei, Liyan cough", and commonly used prescription mainly minor conclusion:decoction, Su Huang cough soup addition and subtraction.Conclusion:(1)In the ancient literature, the cough related diseases were mainly wind cough, liver cough, chronic cough, cough due to yin deficiency and so on. The etiology and pathogenesis in cold beam lung; liver wood excessive anti lung insult; true Yin burnt burning, lung dry astringent and cough. Prescriptions:jinfeicao powder, Xiaochaihutang, Maimendongtang, Qiong Yugao, Zhisousan etc..(2)The systematic evaluation of clinical randomized controlled trials in the past ten years suggests that there is a good effect on the treatment of PIC.(3)Professor Wang Yuguang put forward the main cause of PIC and pathogenesis of lung qi disorder.
