Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Erhuang Decoction Combined With Negative Pressure Drainage Technique On Yanggan Ulcer

Objective:The paper aims to observe the clinical effects of the treatment on Yang syndrome ulcer by using Er hung liquid united VSD. And to explore how to find suitable drugs and dosage forms for clinical use on the basis of inheriting the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine on external treatment. These characteristics include simplicity, facility, effectiveness, cheapness. The paper also trys to promote the modernization of the traditional external treatment technology by making full use of modern science and technology development.Methods:Dividing the 40 patients into two groups. One group is EG(experimental group) and the other is CG(control group). Each group has 20 patients. Using Er hung liquid united VSD to treat the patients in EG and washing the wound with Er hung liquid twice one day. Using only VSD to treat the patients in CG and washing the wound with normal saline (NS) twice one day. The observation period is 14 days. Observating two group’s treatment’s efficiency、 Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score Scale (TCMSSS)、curative effect、ulcer area change、decrement rate of ulcer area、rate of ulcer healing、change of the content of WBC、 NE% and CRP. Describing ulcer edge on the transparent film, putting the film on 1 X lmm measuring paper to calculate the wound area. Observating and recording the corresponding indicators on the first day, third day, sixth day, ninth day. Analyzing the results by using SPSS20.0.Result:①Total clinical curative effect:clinical efficacy rate of EG and CG are both 95%, on the term of obvious curative rate, EG is 50%, CG is 15%. There is statistics significance in the difference of obvious curative rate(P< 0.05), which means that Er hung liquid united VSD contribute to the healing of wound.②TCM syndrome integral:The EG and CG can both improve TCM syndrome integral, and there is statistics significance in difference of TCM syndrome integral after experiment(P <0.05). Compare to the EG, the CG has the advantages in improving TCM symptoms(Swelling, granulation tissue, Carrion and ichor, ache) and TCM syndrome score. The difference has the statistics significance (P<0.05), which means that Er hung liquid united VSD is better than VSD in improving TCM syndrome score.③Inflammation related indicators:The content of WBC、NE% and CRP are all low in EG and CG after 14 days’treating. Compare to the CG,the EG has advantages in lowering the content of WBC、NE% and CRP, the difference has the statistics significance (P<0.05), which means that Er hung liquid united VSD is better than VSD in controlling the bacterial infection effectively.④Area change:both of two techniques can contribute to the healing of Yang syndrome ulcer. Ulcer area change in two groups after treatment is not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:EG and CG can both contribute to the healing of Yang syndrome ulcer and have curative effect in controlling wound infection. Er hung liquid united VSD can do better than VSD. The term of obvious curative rate, Er hung liquid united VSD is better than VSD.On improving TCM symptoms(such as swelling, granulation tissue, carrion and ichor, ache),the EG is better the CG distinctly. On the term of area change, both of two techniques can shrink the area of wound. Comparing the two groups in this aspect, there is no statistics difference.
