Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Recurrent Miscarriage With Prescription Of Yishen Jianpi Pregnancy

Objective:Summaring my advisor’s experinece on treatment of syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney RSA with Yishenjianpizhuyun Decoction,then observing the clinic curative effect by pregnancy outcome,symptoms efficacy,hormone in serum,and Estradiol (E2),Progesterone(P) When pregnant again.Method:With method of randomized parallel-control,43 patients of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion with syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney were divided into two groups/which are the research group and the control group.The research group:including 21 patients, who treated with Yishenjianpizhuyun Decoction for 4 months without contraception measures,and release of contraception 4 months later.The control group:including 22 patients, who treated without traditional Chinese medicine or others,and take no contraceptive measures.After 4 month of treatment,the symptoms efficacy of the research group and hormone in serum,including Estradiol (E2),Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH) and Luteotropic hormone (LH),would be compared.When the two group return visit first time in 6 weeks pregnant,without any tocolytic therapy,compared Estradiol (E2)、Progesterone(P)and pregnancy outcome of two groups.Results:1.Pregnancy Outcome of two groups:effective rate of the research group is 95.2%,effective rate of the control group is 54.54%,the research group is significantly higher than the control group.2.Symptoms Efficacy of the research group before and after treatment:total effective rate is 90.5%, clinical cure rate is 9.5%,explicit efficiency is 33.3%,effective rate is 47.6%,in addition non efficiency rate is 9.5%.TCM syndrome integral of the research group before treatment arel4.24±2.88 points,and the scores after treatment are 5.95±3.34 points.Before and after treatment, the Traditional Chinese Medicin syndrome scores were significantly different(P< 0.05).Therefore, the comprehensive effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of female hormone levels before and after treatment in treatment group:serum estradiol (E2) was significantly increased after treatment than before treatment,which compared with before treatment, there were significant differences(P< 0.01).After treatment, serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) was significantly lower than before treatment, and it had significant difference compared with before treatment(P< 0.05).4.Two groups of patients with the first 6 weeks of pregnancy again without any ny tocolytic therapy,the level of serum estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). After treatment, the release contraceptive to pregnancy again of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group after the treatment. the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusions:It is effective to treat RSA with syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney with Yishenjianpizhuyun Decoction,it can significantly improve the patient’s pregnancy outcome.Yishenjianpizhuyun Decoction can relieve clinical symptoms of patients with obvious remission,and elevated serum estradiol (E2) levels in patients,at the same time,decreased serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) level.Also,the serum estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) levels in patients with pregnancy can be improve with take Yishenjianpizhuyun Decoction.
