Study On Treatment Of Psoriasis And Related Cytokines By Clearing Away Heat And Removing Blood

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of "Qingre Huoxue Jiedu Decoction" in the treatment of psoriasis before and after treatment, and the changes of ipheral blood TNF-α、INF-γ、IL-17 and IL-23.Methods:Observe and record the PASI score of the 21 patients of psoriasis. Check the variation of TNF-α、INF-γ、IL-17 and IL-23 level before and after the detection of 20 healthy controls and 21 patients.Patients in group were taking"Qingre Huoxue Jiedu Decoction". Treatment for 8 weeks, once every 2 weeks follow-up evaluation. Observe and record the patient PASI score and itching.Patients before and after treatment,and healthy volunteers, extraction of 6ml in the morning on an empty stomach peripheral venous blood, after 15min to 3000 r/min, the centrifugal extract serum,200uL under -80℃ refrigerator waiting for inspection.USES a method of biotin double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) to detect TNF-α、INF-γ、IL-17 and IL-23.Results:21 patients After treated for 8 weeks, the effective rate were 95.2%(20/21 cases). PASI score of the lesions after the treatment of 4 weeks and 8 weeks(7.63±4.46), (4.20±3.94) were significantly reduced than treatment before(12.31±7.00). Psoriatic patients before treatment the serum TNF-α content (15.42±6.93) pg/ml is significantly higher than normal control group (6.77±5.45) pg/ml, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment with "Qingre Huoxue Jiedu Decoction" patients serum TNF-α levels drop for (11.37±5.73)pg/ml,but no significant difference compared with treatment before (P> 0.05).Psoriatic patients before treatment the serum content of INF-γ(58.50±19.78) pg/ml is significantly higher than normal control group (37.26±21.22) pg/ml, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment with "Qingre Huoxue Jiedu Decoction" patients serum content of INF-γ for (39.10±21.78)pg/ml compared with before treatment difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before the treatment,IL-17 and IL-23 level was significantly higher than that of the normal controls(P<0.05), the IL-17 and IL-23 level decreased after the treatment, but no significant difference compared with treatment before (P>0.05).Conclusion:"Qingre Huoxue Jiedu Decoction" treatment has a good clinical curative effect with psoriasis vulgaris.Patients with psoriasis vulgaris in the peripheral blood TNF-α、 INF-γ、IL-17 and IL-23 levels were significantly higher than that of normal control group."Qingre Huoxue Jiedu Decoction" can reduce the INF-γ content in serum in patients with psoriasis.
