Syndrome Analysis And Core Medication Of Arrhythmia Based On Data Mining

Objective:this study by collecting a certain number of arrhythmia clinical cases, to carry on the statistical analysis of the syndrome characteristics and dialectical characteristics and enrichment of the herbal prescription law, while observing the association between the different sub type of heart arrhythmia of the western medicine category and the different type of Chinese medicine palpitation,to simplify the treatment of arrhythmia, and to use simple medication of TCM in treating arrhythmia.Methods:This study was a retrospective analysis as the main research way, collect 116 cases of Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of traditional Chinese Medicine,input "Chinese auxiliary platform heritage v2.5" software.Data collect the patient’s condition and related information,including:gender,age,chief complaint, present history, tongue, pulse, electrocardiogram examination results, TCM diagnosis, syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine diagnosis (including disease type), Chinese medicine and therapy for specific drug situation. By using "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance platform V2.5"software,generate directly results,and studied and discussed the small sample statistical results.The research results show:the proportion of male and female patients was 1:1.37, the difference was larger, the number of women patients with arrhythmia was higher than that of men. Considering the cause may be due to biological differences, men are strong,so encouraging cardiac ejection’s ability is relatively abundant.But it may not be excluded the sample quantity limitation lead to the difference,and the difference is not universal; distribution in terms of age, the results showed patients with the minimum and maximum age is 16 an 89 years old.The comprehensive analysis indicated that the arrhythmia occurs mainly from women above 40 years old crowd; On the etiology and pathogenesis, the patients had loss Qi and blood、damage yin and yang and existed wet, fire, sputum and blood stasis,consider the more part is both insufficient and damage.on the dialectical type:survey shows:clinical arrhythmia dialectical contradiction is more concentrated, more with "heart and spleen are weak" and "Qi stagnation and blood stasis", respectively of the total sample were 36.20% and 33.62%, and the clinical symptoms were consistent with the results.Results agree with medication:Dangshen and Huangqi proportion is as high as 81.03% and 87.93%, the analysis results obtained:Codonopsis, astragalus, Poria, angelica, drugs in the treatment of arrhythmia of both heart and spleen deficiency syndrome has a strong role, dangshen, astragalus root, red peony root and other drugs in the treatment of arrhythmia of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome has a strong role.Research conclusions:Arrhythmia treated can use data mining,prescription arrangement, optimization of thinking,to improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmiaand clinical therapeutic effect. And it can better combining with modern medicine、 explain Chinese medicine and play the flexibility and diversity of the theory of TCM treatment.
