Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Dysfunctional Dysmenorrhea With Corpus Luteum Function Based On The Theory Of Qi And Qing

Objective:This study uses self-control study method,46 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding of luteal phase deficiency(LPD) are the research objects. To observe the clinical efficacy of the method of the tonification treatment of qi and essence which treat the dysfunctional uterine bleeding of luteal phase deficiency. To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of the method on traditional clinical symptoms,follicular development,basal body temperature(BBT),serum hormones and so on.To explore its mechanism,provide scientific basis for clinical application.And to explore the drug characteristics and academic thought of my tutor by the treatment of the dysfunctional uterine bleeding of LPD.Methods:Patients dysfunctional uterine bleeding of LPD with two deficiency of spleen and kidney,who agreed to participate in this study, signed informed consent,aged 18-40 years, collected from third Affiliated Hospital gynecology clinic of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in December 2014 to December 2015.By method of self controlled study,observe the efficacy through the treatment.Tonification treatment of qi and essence,the specific prescription,which is according to my tutor’s experience.dangshen15g, guijiao12g, huangqi 40 g, danggui10 g, baizhul5 g, shudi12 g, gouqizi30g,shanyurou12g, lujiaojiao 10g, gancaol2g. Compare before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms,results of basal body temperature(BBT),serum hormones,and follicular development.All data are established a database using Excel.Using SPSS20.0 statistical software for operation, quantitative indicators were compared using the paired test,analysis of variance use independent sample test and comparison.All statistical tests were two-sided test,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Results:1.After 46 patients who had dysfunctional uterine bleeding of LPD with two deficiency of spleen and kidney treated by the method of tonification treatment of qi and essence in the follicular phase.The results show that 8 cases (17.39%)were cured,20 cases (43.49%)were observably,15 cases (32.6%)were effective,3 cases (6.52%)were ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.48%.2.The effective rate had been improved more significantly which are TCM syndromes,especially lumbosacral pain,body lassitude,chilly sensation and the cold limbs and so on.3.The differences of P between the baseline and the end of the treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.The follicular obviously improved after treatment than before,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.01).5.BBT was significantly improved after treatment than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:1.This treatment of tonification treatment of qi and essence which treat dysfunctional uterine bleeding of LPD was effective.And the treatment can improve clinical symptoms,menstruation, follicular development,BBT,and the levels of serum hormones of dysfunctional uterine bleeding of LPD with two deficiency of spleen and kidney.2.The treatment has indirectly proved that two deficiency of spleen and kidney is one of the main causes of the diseases,and verified the effective of "qi", "essence" in period of development of follicular and corpus luteum,and the reasonable of treatment in the follicular phase.3.This treatment of tonification treatment of qi and essence may be affected by follicle development,promote the constant proliferation of granulosa cells,prompting luteal function back to normal.
