Objective:By exploring the correlation between dietary factors and the incidences of chronic gastritis, in order to guide the clinical and health care work in the future.Methods:Read the relative literatures over the past 20 years and the ancient literature of TCM, design " Questionnaire about the diet in patients with chronic gastritis ".Collect patients diagnosis of chronic gastritis by gastroschpe. Using Logistic regression and chi-square statistical methods to analyze the data, to find the correlation between chronic gastritis and dietary factors and the patient’s diet structure and the problems existing in the diet concepts.Results:331 cases of gastroscope diagnosis of chronic gastritis were collected in Dongzhimen hospital, Wangjing hospital, Dongfang hospital,with 287 cases of chronic non atrophic gastritis;44 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis.Frequency of the two biggest respectively in TCM diagnosis:the fullness’frequency is 120 while the stomach pain is 156.1n the 331 cases of chronic gastritis,diet factors in the inducing factors of frequency for 204 times, emotional factors frequency for 125 times,which are the most important two factors.172 patients with chronic gastritis avoid certain food or eating behavior in order to alleviate symptom or avoid the occur of symptoms.The other 159 patients who do not have these behaviour.The frequences in more than 10 times are:cold, hot, and dry, oily, meat.The total composition ratio is 72.6%.And cold, spicy two accounts for the total composition ratio is 57.0%.The Logistic regression analysis result of 120 cases of TCM diagnosis of stomach pain shows that eating preferences or cold food is the first risk factor. Sour food, like salty taste, like drinking, like snacks, like warm, like strong tea coffee are the risk factors, in turn reduce the degree of dangerous;Eating behavior of eating speed is the most relevant factors, at the same time, there are food preferences, eating leftovers are the risk factors, in turn reduce the degree of dangerous. The Logistic regression analysis result of 156 cases of TCM diagnosis for the fullness shows that eating preferences or cold food are the most relevant factors.Also like hot food, eat hard food, like barbecue food, vegetarian, like sweet, like drinking, Fried foods are the risk factors, in turn reduce the degree of dangerous.331 cases of patients with chronic gastritis of Chinese residents’ dietary guidelines recommended daily intake of more than five times a week and 14 class food frequency is as follows:basic grains 312 times,266 vegetables, fruit 186 times,178 livestock meat, eggs 168 times,107 times, dairy products potato 104 times, bean products,94 times, meat 92 times,73 times of coarse grains class 70 times of aquatic products, nuts,56 times.331 cases of patients with chronic gastritis of healthy diet idea and practice is not ideal. The understanding of different kinds of food nutrition;Understanding of the common medicinal efficacy of food;The attention degree of different kinds of food nutrition; According to the different food nutrients food choices;Edible medicinal food frequency situation.In these five questions, said don’t know much, and less attention to the cases of the composition ratio of over 50%.Conclusion:(1) The correlation between chronic gastritis and dietary factors.Dietary factors were the main factors of chronic gastritis, which has nothing to do with the education level of people.It’s opposite of emtion factors.Emotion factors is the second largest inducing factor, its frequency increases as the people affected by the level of education increases.Second, eating cold and spicy food is an important factor of chronic gastritis’ occurrence.All kinds of the diet content in different individuals have induced chronic gastritis risk, and the individual difference is very big.In clinical practice we should warn patients to find their own inducing factors.Third, eat fast is closely related to the occurrence of chronic gastritis. Forth, mainly meat diet, or give priority to with vegetables and fruits have no obvious correlation with the incidence of chronic gastritis.(2) The diet in patients with chronic gastritis.In this study, the diet problems in 331 patients with chronic gastritis are:1. The intake of coarse grains, egg and milk products, potato is not enough.2. Livestock meat food is taken more than fish or shrimp meat.3. The fruits and vegetables cannot guarantee daily intake.This suggests we should enlarge the education to patients in the clinical work to correct, healthy and balanced diet.(3)The understanding of patients with chronic gastritis of the concept of a healthy diet is not enough. At the same time they are not very good at having a healthy diet in the daily diet. The education to the patients needed further work.
