Clinical Application Of INTERMEZZO Implant System In Immediate Implantation Or Immediate Repair In Anterior

objectives:Dental Implant has been applied widely to clinical application of which survival rate and success rate is getting higher and higher. Most of patients begin choosing implant-supported prostheses to recover their edentulous reconstruction. Because people in pursuit of beauty raise continuously,patients and dentists pay more attention to anterior area and prostheses day by day.This study focus on INTERMEZZO implant system immediate loading,and clinical evaluation. The INTERMEZZO of implant system applied to anterior area and the effect of immediate restoration after extraction.Materials and Methods:Fifteen pieces implanted for 9 patients, 5 men & 4ladies whose age is within 36一62. 。Proceed with regular clinical and radioactive checkup after surgical operation.Result:Over the same period, one of implants is infected and shed after6-month implanting. It is again implanted successfully. The rest of implants are finished by upper prosthetics. There are no infection, looseness, shed or obvious bone resorption.Conclusion: INTERMEZZO applied to anterior area of immediate loading achieve simple and beautiful purpose and get excellent clinical application. It is workable.
