On the bases of distributed technology, combining characters of NC machining environment, we take J2EE soft system to realize the distributed manage of NC machining resources. Through optimizing system architecture, an efficient and consistent managing system is established; it is also the foundation of NC cutting parameter intelligentizes decision. At the same time, we firstly take knowledge describe method based on characters to construct standard and efficient NC machining knowledge system.On this basic, we use intelligent decision technology based on case reasoning to NC cutting parameter decision and analysis. According the characters of NC cutting parameter decision, we take decision based on NC techniques rule, cutting case matching based on similar degree and cutting parameter correcting based on rules to design and realize system. Combining many field technologies, it makes a unique method to resolve NC cutting parameter problem. This design pattern is a new thinking for NC cutting parameter process.Through analyzing and researching the data structure of NC cutting parameter and virtual machining, we integrate NC cutting parameter decision and virtual machining. Through analyzing and simulating on the virtual machining system, the result of cutting parameter decision is validated and the result can satisfied the actual NC machining. The integrality of NC machine procedure is also improved.Because combining characters of NC machining and J2EE standard, and taking distribute object based on Java technology and Web technology, this system has very good ability in extensibility, interoperability and platform independent,easy to be integrated for enterprise application.
