Nowadays,People refers to the application of computer networktechnology to support the registering, hearing, execution and filing of a case, because itis "high-speed and transparency".The Management Information System of Judgement will play an important role injudicial practice, e.g. to raise case-trying efficiency, to strengthen case-tryingsupervision, to ensure fair case-trying, to improve judicial innovation, and so on. sincecomputer is to replace human to arrange the presiding judge and the opening date of acourt session, thus avoiding the judge's choice of cases and the litigant's choice ofjudges, and guaranteeing punctual opening of a court session and trying of a case.The Management Information System of Judgement is a systematic project, whichneeds scientific theory and feasible development methods. In Chapter one, this papermakes a detailed statement of the present situation of application of informationtechnology in court both at home and abroad, expounds the purpose, significance andnecessity of studying and developing this project, and confirms its values.
