Software statistical testing is also called software reliability testing, it builds the usage-model of software which is tested according to the operating position, and then engenders test case at random according to the usage-model, finally analyses the test results according to the mathematics and statistical model.The build of the software usage model is the difficulty of the software statistical testing. The build of the software usage model is the difficulty of the software statistical testing. Because the UML has been the Object Oriented specification actually, so building the software usage model from the software UML model is significant for the actualizing Object Oriented software statistic test. This paper defines the UML usecase diagram and sequence diagram that are added the statistic test restriction and it also defines relationship of usecase executing, and this paper also supplies a reliable modality foundation. Upon the foundation, this paper brings out a arithmetic that builds a software Markov chain from software UML model.In the end, This paper introduces a tool —U2UM implemented with JAVA that can transform the UML model into the Markov chain usage model, and compares the usage-model which building on UML model with the usage-model which building on traditional method.
