Hei Long Jiang Tobacco Network Information System

With the development and the ripeness of the IT technique, information technique has penetrated into every trades. It gives companies powerful technique support for their development. Under the protection of national monopolization system for a long time, the level of informatization of tobacco trades is relatively low. After entering the WTO, tobacco trades are facing powerful challenge coming from world tobacco magnates. In order to keep existence and develop ourselves, we must strengthen self-construct.According to the demands of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, meeting the requirement of self development, receiving the challenge of the world's tobacco magnates, rising the competition ability, Hei Long Jiang province Tobacco Company constructs network information system of himself. The system based on the system of An Hui and He Fei and collaborated with Langchao Company which costs 30,000,000 yuan. The system includes several parts such as the network covering all commerce enterprises, IP phone, visual meeting, funds management subsystem, selling management, monopolization subsystem, aid decision subsystem, OA etc.The author participates in the construction of the network information system. The network provides steady data channel for the subsystems using the technique of QoS and ACL providing reliability and security. IP phone and visual meeting subsystem decrease the operating costs of the company and provide timely communication channel. At the same time we do beneficial research for increasing operating efficiency. The system use ripeness technique and based on the framework of J2EE.By means of computer technique we can standard our administration, further the reformation of enterprises operation, optimize the process of business. We can also reform the organization and the operating mode of company. Lay the strengthen foundation for building unimpeded modern circulation system of the market.This paper mainly introduce the construction of the network covering all commerce enterprises, IP phone , visual meeting, selling management subsystem and also their function. The selling management subsystem based on Langchao Enterprise Application Framework (LCEAF) using the basic module provided with it. We reorganize the modules of LCEAF according to the practical work flow of Hei Long Jiang tobacco companies. The selling management subsystem involve the purchasing selling allotting storing of tobacco company.The system has passed the test of China Software Test Center in November,2004 and passed the authentication in December,2004.From the same has been finished and been gone into service, it operates steadily and acquires notable benefit.
