The Problem Faces Chinese Videotape Chain Operation And Its Countermeasures

This thesis attempts to make a study on the videotape chain store operation by means of theory study and case study.This thesis has put forward the model of Chinses chain store operation from the view of whole operation and the aspects of the videotape chain store operation.Through the reseach,the author discovers :the scientific and pratical operation of videotape chain store is not based on the the improvement of any single aspect but a systematic prosess which needs the cooperation of every aspect to insure the harmonious,balanced development of the whole enterprise . The emphsis of this thesis is on the problems exsist in videotape chain store running and the solutions.The running of the whole enterprise is surely very important,but to a great extent,it depends on the improvement of the vidiotape industry and the market. As for the aspects of the videotape chain store running,it has great importance to the inside constrction of the enterprise.Only when sussesses in self-constrction,can video chain stores gets developed and strengthened.Therefore,this thesis has made a summary and new operation model from the aspects of locating of the store,human resoucese management,operation measures, material flow,information technology,marketing planning and develop strategy.The thesis is divided into six chapters.Chapter one and two discuss the object,purpose and value of the study,theachievements methods and process of the study.Chapter three summarizes the developing prosess of Chinese videotape chain store operation ^numerates some videotape chain enterprises,makes an inventory on living situation of Chinese videotape chain stores.Chapter four analizes the problems face Chinese videotape chain industry and puts forward the solution to those problems.Chapter five explains the problems exsist in Chinese videotape chain operation and puts forward the solution to those problems from the aspects of locating of the store,human resoucese management,operation measures, material flow,information technology,marketing planning and develop strategy.Chapter six is the last chapter,it summarizes the whole thesis and puts forward a new developing mode for Chinese videotape chain store operation.
