As the mature of Time Division-Synchronization Code Division Multi-Access (TD-SCDMA) technology and the expansion of the commerce of the third generation mobile communication, the study in digital mobile communication technology will go deep.In order to adapt the development of the communication project of our country,this article propose an idea of integrating the arithmetic study with the platform implement,the purpose of this article is to do research on baseband arithmetic study and application development in the condition of the limited experiment environment.This article has two tasks,one is the design of hardware platform,the other is the study in speech compress coding of digital mobile communication baseband arithmetic and the development of RPE-LTP arithmetic base on TMS320VC5409DSP.For hardware platform design,the idea comes from an embeded system project named the design and implement for a local and remote moniter,the design of the schematic this article has referenced to is TI's TMS320VC5402 DSK and OMAP 1510.In this project,this article takes the charge of the portion design of DSP,by now,the PCB figure has been finished,and the test of the hardware system is being done.This platform will be used for the development of baseband arithmetic of digital mobile telephone.For baseband arithmetic,this article deeply discuss the theory of speech compress coder /decoder and the process of arithmetic development base on DSP/BIOS which is a real time embedded operate system for TI DSP.This article references to GSM speech coder standard-RPE-LTP(regular pulse excitement-long time predictive).By now this article has finished the line predictive analysis model and the short time filter model,and has used matlab model to analyse the data.The subject of this article seems to emphasize on the study and development ofbaseband arithmetic,but in fact,it integrates the design of hardware with the simulation and the development of arithmetic,RPE-LTP only is an example which is used to give the whole process of bringing an arithmetic,simulating it and implementing it on hardware platform.This article will give some valuable references to those who will engage in the development of baseband arithmetic.
