The real-time monitoring system in the oil field is presented to aid the administrative staff control and manage. Its main purpose is to carry on effective control to the working state of the oil well, and raise effective alarm in time to the network management centre. The oil fields need to collect information of the equipment and theft-proof information while working in the open air where nobody is on duty live. Previously, the way on duty of nobody of close quarter that used in the past has problems such as the unstable performance, short-lived life period, etc. By Changing into the module the way of data transfer and adopt the solar energy to supply power now can make the life-span extended and performance increased. In the mean time, by acting as and having no solar energy to supply power, the battery can be used for more than 20 days in succession. According to the distribution of geographical environment of each oil well in the oil field, there are some disadvantages if the method to lay cable is adopted. Firstly, more information points need inserting, which raises the cost of cable connection, and prolongs the cycle of constructing, secondly, data that all administrative center need to deal with is limited, and the bandwidth demand for the network is not very high. Having considered such factors of various fields as the users' actual economy demand and investment synthetically, our company uses the wireless networking products to realize the network link of the whole oil field and cover. The strategies include consideration of actual positions of each oil well, convenience of each information point management in the future, and combination of the characteristics of the wireless network. The network adopts and expands the star type structure topologically, and set the general headquarters as the central point of the wireless network. Having considered the technical force and the investigation of the market, SiGao Software Company developed the real-time monitoring system in oil fields. The whole project ranges from hardware control of the live oil and data gathering with wireless transmission to the real-time processing of the data from the higher level machine. Some technology under adopting are: The telemetering measurement technology of wireless remote control, the wireless communication protocol (TCP/IP protocol , GSM communication principle ), BS architecture of higher level machine, and GIS technology. This system is able to improve the security and real-time management of the the working state of the oil well equipment, situations such as the peace and steadiness of the oil well, the robbed or burgled natural disasters, etc. The Terminal subsystem of the real-time monitoring system is made up of five pieces of module as: the master management module , communication module , warning module , bottom drive module and interrupt module. The main function of the master management module is to control the whole procedure; the main function of the communication module is to realize terminal station and communication of the network management centre; the main function of the warning module is to realize alarm to the police when needed; the main function of the bottom drive module is to drive the hardware of the system; the main function of interrupt module is to detect alarming communications and to receive flags. Terminal subsystem should be fixed to the roof beam between horse head position and two connecting rods close to the axle position of the crossbeam,which is a bit difficult. Terminal station employs one wireless module (bring TCP/IP by oneself ) a corresponding peripheral circuit and measure sensors of different detection states. The sensor of the present stage uses two kinds mainly: balanced sensor and infrared-ray sensor. The function of the balanced sensor is mainly to measure whether the oil pumping machine works normally. If the oil machine works abnormally, the terminal station needs to send the unusual warning information of the oil pumping machine to the network management centre. Then if someone is detected by the infrared-ray sensor, it is regarded that someone is stealing the oil right away, and the terminal station sends the warning information to the network management centre. If some errors are found during a large amount of usages so that the program should be burnt and written again, it is unrealistic to dismantle the terminaL station one by one. So once demand terminal station is installed, it should be the completion, which does not allow to revise . At the initial stage of the project —the choice of the devices, all devices demanded are selected in industry grade; On the design phase of the terminal sub-system , various kinds of situations that may make mistakes have been fully considered to improve the dependability, stability and security of the terminal subsystem. In the concrete designs of the five pieces of module of the terminal sub-system of the -wireless monitoring system in oil wells, no matter from the hardware or software, it is put in the first place that what improvement systematic real-time character , dependability , stability and security could make the whole system works better. The way to realize the wireless control , real-time character , dependability , stability and security in the terminal subsystem of the real-time monitoring system in oil fields is introduced briefly as follows. l.Control wirelessly: Use the SIM110-H module of SIMCOM Company.SIM110-H module has integrated the intact radio frequency circuit and baseband processor of GSM, which is suited to developing the wirless GSM products. SIM110-H module offered the systematic interface with complete function to our user at the same time: users need to invest a small amount of research and development expenses only, with shorter research and development cycle , and can integrate his own application system . Users' groundwork is concentrated in control system and man-machine interface. 2.Real-time character: The choose of the devices , bottom hardware and formulation of the communication protocols all guarantee the real-time character of data transmission. 3.Dependability : The network management includes three pieces of wireless accession equipment partly: IP1, IP2 , short message services. IP1 is the main network management component. 4.Stability: For the purpose of the stability of the security system, what we choose are all the industry grade with the devices. For example we choose the control PIC18F252 one-chip computer of high stability industry in one-chip computer with the first grade, so that the biggest possible normal work to the limit under various kinds of environments of the one-chip computer is guaranteed and prevent from the phenomenon of programs running to fly. 5.Security : In order to guarantee the safety of the system, the system correspondence adoption GPRS for main message for the way for assist, the GPRS correspondence usage TCP/ IP protocol way correspondence, message correspondence adoption the way correspondence of the handshake;The system terminal sub-system install at be subjected to the destructive place not easily, with this to guarantee the system of safety.
