As an important part of enterprise management and eternalsubject of all economic activities, safety in production is of vitalimportance to the people's life in production. Being called riskassessment in foreign countries, safety evaluation is generally usedto identify the danger for a system, including a design of engineering,a technological process, a device or an equipment etc, and to give anevaluation in quality or quantity. As one of means to predict safetystatus for an enterprise and an objective forecast, safety evaluationcan provide higher accuracy and exactness. Its purpose is to detectthe hidden trouble for enterprise production, and to rectify withoutdelay, accordingly to ensure safety in production of enterprise.There is a heavy task for safety production in the electric powersupply enterprise. Causing difficulty for detecting operations and lowefficiency, manual operations and computer single machine systemhad been continuously used for safety evaluation. It could not meetthe urgent demand for increasing safety situation of enterprise, andwould restrict the application of safety evaluation. Consequently, acomputer-Aided safety evaluation system which is higher efficient,more reliable and convenient is urgently needed for the electric powersupply enterprise. With the rapid development of network andinformation technology and the wide application of theInternet/Intranet, this demand could be satisfied. This system is thenetwork edition of Electric Power Supply Enterprise Safety EvaluationSystem for the Electric Power Limited Corporation of Jilin Province. According to the distributed characteristic of the data in thesafety evaluation of electric power supply enterprise , Browser/Serverthree-layer structure based on Web is used in the system, and theapplication program was developed and disposed on the server side,all functions of safety evaluation could be accomplished by IEoperation on the client side. At present there are two main applicationdevelopment technologies based on Web, one is Jsp+JavaBeansmode based on J2EE from SUN, the other is ASP.NET+COMtechnology from Microsoft. The key of Jsp+JavaBeans mode basedon J2EE lies in Java technology, it more gets near or meets thedemand for open distribution and platform irrelevance in the intelligentWeb service of Internet/Intranet, at the same time it is more matureand stable in strength, security and component. However, Microsofthas made a monopoly of its technology, the latter is worse in theprogram portability, it could not be used between platforms, so theJsp+JavaBeans model based on J2EE from SUN has been chosen todevelop the network edition of Power Supply Enterprise SafetyEvaluation System in this study. The system design uses the 3-layer-architecture Jsp, they areclient layer (IE), intermediate layer (Websphere) and database layer(Sybase). IE is used to login server to process the input/output ofusers in the client layer. IBM's Websphere is used to accomplishprofessional logic of the application programs in the intermediate layer.Sybase, the distributed relation database from the Sybase is used toserve the real functions of storage, inquiry and modification in thedatabase layer. JDBC interface technology is used to link databases. The evaluation limit is divided according to the workingcharacteristic and character of different units in the Electric PowerLimited Corporation of Jilin Province. The major professional flow isaccomplished by Web application. The person who checks andevaluates the system is led to accomplish the work by means that thesafety evaluation's mission is transmitted to lower levels in the way oflevel by level, the safety evaluation data reached the higherauthorities level by level, and the project rectifying and reforming flow.The system produces all kinds of safety evaluation reports andcalculates scores by adopting choice judgment to record data anddata information being processed automatically in back end computer.System users are divided into province user, city user, second-classunit user and team user by authority management. The double seedsauthentication of CA system is adopted to authenticate user's status.Users at all levers are permitted to login appropriate user's interfacesto operate through system main interface. The network rectifying andreforming function has been accomplished. The rectification andreform to self-checking questions and specialist questions isconvenient and quick. The results of rectifying and reforming aredisplayed in graphic mode so that it is convenient to analyze the data. The advanced network application development technology atpresent has been adopted to accomplish the system functions.
