In this paper, the ZnO crystals of diluted magnetic doping were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The transition metals' oxides or chloride were mixed into precursor materials with bigger mineralizer's concentration ,and kept constant temperature at 430℃, the TMxZn1-xO crystals were gained (TM=Mn, Co, Ni, Fe).The content of transition metal ions in the sample crystal is surveyed with X ray energy spectrum and electron probe microanalysis. It showed that the ions of Mn, Co, Fe and Ni can be implanted into ZnO crystals, thereinto Mn and Co can be easily doped in and achieve higher content, the biggest doping content of Mn exceeded 8% (atom ratio) and that of Co overrun 5%.The doping crystals have intact shapes and morphology. They kept Hexangular shapes of ZnO with lower concentration. And it appeared asymmetry Hexangular configuration with higher concentration.The doped content of Fe or Ni is less than 0.5%. And the content inner the crystal don't increasing with the improving of the concentration in precursor, also the crystals have no nicer morphology. We also found the doping of Cu and Mg ions is hard.So we Also investigated the ferromagnetism of Zn1-xMnxO crystal, it is found that the Zn1-xMnxO crystal have ferromagnetism under 50K.The reproducibility was better.
