The Design And Realization Of PHS Mobile Telephone Based On ARM Embedded System

Embedded system is an application specific computer system that focuses on the application and it is based on the computer technology , its' software and hardware is cuttable. Embedded system is consist of embedded MPU,peripheral device, embedded OS and application program that used to control,monitor and manage others devices.This paper gives a method to design PHS personal system which based on embedded MPU ML7098 and use NORTi as its'realtime operation system .the main content what it explains include hardware design and software design of PHS personal system. Hardware design include ML7098 general circuit design and peripheral control circuit design which focuses on system boot, reset, memory allocation, interrupt response and process, extern bus interface, power management, melody control circuit.LCD control circuit and ratio frequency control circuit etc;software design include design of BSP(baseboard support package),applicant layer software and communication software, In application layer section ,this thesis explains the whole process of message drive(message source, message process, message transfer) ,the framework of graphic interface of user(field,pklist,messgebox),the inherit relation of control component and the information of message transfer. In BSP section ,it explains the method of integrating baseband with others peripheral devices, the method of realization of how to drive device ,and which technology have been adopted to enhance reliability. In communication section ,it explains the communication mode between PHS terminal and base station,communication flow and process method to deal with error; software section present layer1 (physical layer),layer2(data link layer), layer3(network layer) and the system interface between application layer and AP software.In the end ,this paper introduces a scheme of how to test and examine PHS personal system, and gives detail tested data. From all kinds of data ,we can see that this design can meet the demand of user and also it is consistent with .
