The Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) is a large-scale management information system with advanced management thought and computer technology. It brings inestimable function as the competition and development for enterprise. JSERP is a commercial ERP software produced by Jiangsu Province Golden Thinking Information Technology Co., Ltd. The popular ERP system is suited for the state of the nation and the features of enterprise in China. GT-FWK (Golden Thinking Framework) based on multi-tier architecture used in the integrated framework of JSERP supports B/S and C/S structure and adapts to the procedure of ERP R&D, implementation and improvement. It plays an enormous role in the course of the JSERP developments and applications. Many new technologies like middleware, XML standard and SOAP protocol are integrated into GT-FWK. The certificate authentication system based on X.509 standard and SSL/TLS safety transmission protocol guarantee GT-FWK security. GT-FWK creates a software buses: Open Application Server Bus. It realizes the "plug-and-play"in the server and components, supplies the load balance and the fault tolerance among servers, and assures efficiency and reliability. This paper explains the advantages and disadvantages of some kinds of software architecture at first. It compares and analyses the advanced multi-tier application framework in the domestic and abroad, and presents the research objective of GT-FWK. The paper introduces the architectural structure of GT-FWK and master plan of every main server, interface definition and concrete realization. It analyzes the possible security issues in GT-FWK one by one, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. In the end, the paper summarizes the characteristics of GT-FWK, and gives its own view to GT-FWK developing direction in the future.
