As the increasing severity of the market competition, the quality of product is playing more and more important roles in enterprise, especially manufacturing enterprise. It has been having an effect upon the competition of enterprise that its products'quality is high or not, which has become a significant factor on enterprise's existence and development. Manufacturing, an important step that impacts products'quality, has been and is being paid more attention. However, manufacturing quality management situation of many enterprises has a lot of defects while many advanced quality statistical technologies are not applied effectively. Nowadays, embedded system is being applied widely and has been becoming the fundamental technology in information technology field. It is necessary to improve manufacturing quality management situation and elevate process quality. After studying on current manufacturing quality situation and embedded system, the dissertation puts forward the requirement of Embedded Statistical Quality Management Device (ESQMD) with the functions such as data acquisition, statistical analysis, giving an alarm when abnormity occurs, etc. Then the dissertation expatiates upon the concept of On-line Real-time Statistical Quality Management (OLRTSQM) and erects its model after studying on quality management questions of manufacturing locale. The major idea of OLRTSQM is making process states controlled and then assuring product quality by real-time completing data acquisition, statistical analysis and giving an alarm when abnormity occurs on the Key and important process spot. Furthermore, this dissertation studies control chart, histogram, analysis of Cp and arrangement graph in embedded system. The carrier of OLRTSQM is ESQMD. But if we want to realize OLRTSQM, we must design and develop the applied software system of ESQMD. The dissertation design the applied software system of ESQMD based on the model of OLRTSQM. This applied software system includes some function modules such as the design of keyboard function, the creation of control chart/histogram and arrangement graph, the abnormal judge of control chart, abnormal alarming, parameter set of ESQMD and control chart and etc. The dissertation also expatiates on the key technologies and their realization. And then the applied software system is realized. Finally, The dissertation validates the applied software system of ESQMD by an example.
