Face Detection And Recognition In Image With Complex Background

At present, because the face detection and recognition is an important research aspect in signal processing field, many scholars are engaging the research of fave detection. The effective face detection is still a hot research field. In order to improve the face detection and decrease the false alarming ratio in the condition of complex background, the paper refers to the technology of pretreatment of images with faces and the technology of recognition of faces, mainly including the technology of complex background segmentation and the technology of face detection based on the mixture Gaussian model and Dayesian discriminating.At first, we have introduced the main technologies of the face detection, and made a comparison of those technologies.Secondly, we have studied the technology of skin-based face detection,.Then presents a method of color image human face detection using mixture Gaussian model and Bayesian discriminating. First, the system derives several possible faces by using the color and basic features information of the human face. Then, analyzing the decision features and making the mixture Gaussian model; finally, the Bayesian discriminating classifier makes the decision of the possible faces and gets the faces. Experiments results show the feasibility and good outlook of the engineering appliance.Finally, we have introduced something about the face recognition. At last, we have summarized the main work in the paper.
