Multi-Frequency CW Radar is a type of high performance radar. It is structure- simple, accurate and easily adaptable to the adoption of digital signal processing technology. It can be widely used in launching site measurement and other related fields.A way to measuring the vector miss distance using echo signal from Multiple Frequency CW-Tracking Radar is described in this paper. The signal of missile and target which were detected by the radar can be used to processing and be fitting a beeline. The miss distance vector and other relate parameters will be obtained by calculating the fitted beelines. Through analysis of simulation, we can work out that the precision of miss distance measurement was mostly affected by the precision of angle-measurement, target-distance and rate of data. was less affected by range- measurement and acceleration.Put forward another way to measuring the vector miss distance as targets have acceleration. Under precision of radar's measurement now, acceleration had less affection to miss distance measurement and original way could be used in here. Finally, we worked out that only advance precision of angle-measurement can advance precision of miss distance measurement.In the end, we accomplished drawing the three-dimensional track in the computer by using opengl language.
