This thesis is a resolution for learning resource information being shared in E-learning teaching system initially. Learning resource information sharing is to distribute our learning resource information in time and to make the users can retrieve them in real time.This dissertation described a mobile agent-based application framework for distributing and retrieving information, I implemented it in a form of middleware. One can build various distributed application system based on it. As an example, I completed an "On-line University Alliance" application, which can distribute the courseware information for provider and allows students to retrieve them on the Internet in real time. The framework shows many advantages of mobile agent such as the parallelism, intelligence, etc. To meet the need of expansibility of the system, the framework may also be extended to have several media-servers and multi-level filter ability. This will make the system built on it more efficient to retrieve information.
