| The rapid development of China Television always made it's theory study behind it's practice. On one side, the TV comment grows very rapidly with many program formations existed together; on the other side, the lack of the research on TV comment resulted in the confusion of the division and awarding of the programs. In order to make clear the characteristics of TV comment, the article based on the theory of Journalism, Communication and the Principle of Public Opinion, and analyze more than twenty TV comment programs and other correlative TV programs, then exploring the basic characteristics of TV Comment programs. Step by step, first, the article summarize the process of development of TV comment in our country, and introduced the former research on TV comment. Base on careful analyze of the program formation, the article concluded the characteristics of TV comments, and forecast the trend of the development of TV comment programs.
