In modern marine military defence and commercial ocean development, signal processing is indispensable. To signal processing, one of the methods is signal-filter, that is, distilling useful information from the signal that received to enhance the signal-noise ratio. But to the CW pulse signal with changing carrier wave frequency, common filter cannot achieve narrowband filter, whereas broadband filter cannot reach the request of the signal-noise ratio.This paper organizes discussion around the CW pulse signal. The main problem is how to search and track the CW pulse signal with changing carrier wave frequency. In the paper mainly use two means to design the system of searching and tracking signal, and to simulate the arithmetic. The main work in this paper includes:First of all, we expatiate the elements of swept method. The emphasis is puton two ways-----narrowband swept method and broadband swept method, andcompare the performance of them. And we indicate the advantages, disadvantages and working condition of each method.Then, the elements of adaptive filter and LMS arithmetic were introduced in this paper. In adaptive signal processing, the elements of adaptive noise elimination and adaptive linear enhancer were also introduced and adopted in this paper.At last we simulate these two systems and compare these two methods to draw conclusion.
