With the development of urban electric wire netting, electric enterprises require higher and higher in mixing the dependability and economy of operation of power netwoks. In the power system , probably 5%-13% of the electric energy is wasted in the comprehensive line loss of the electric wire netting at all levels of distribution system in form with lost circuit, the line loss of the low-voltage distribution network in China (this text referred to 10 kV distribution network ) has taken very large proportion. So in recent years, the optimization which mixes the scheme of operation of power netwoks is being paid attention to China's pressing, on terms that press and mix dependability of operation of power netwoks while meeting, it is a subject for research that has economic benefits very much how to optimize and recombinate and reduce the line loss through network structure.From the point of view of mathematics, the distribution network constructs again and makes the question of optimizing up extensivly and non-linearly. Because distribution network construct variable of issue a lot of, restrain condition from to be complicated , with linear programming , dynamic planning mathematics optimize algorithm ask and solve again, usually face making the problem of exploding up .Evolve tactics (Evolutionary Strategies , abbreviate ES as, its main characteristic is that gauss makes a variation and the determinacy is chosen, proposed while studying the fluid motive force knowledge question in 1964 by Rechenbe. .
