Main work is the following: ⑴The research of the MIS development method In terms of the merit and life cycle of MIS, after comparing the excellence and disadvantage among the structural design method, prototype method and Object-Oriented method. At last we decide to adopt several methods to develop the system. Assuring the development cycle and portability. ⑵UML modeling analyses with Software Engineering With the Software Engineering idea, we design the software model at the different period of development. Making the system to according with the criterion of modern Software Engineering. The development risk is reduced and the system maintainability is enhanced. ⑶The design of MIS query interface The multiform query interface is adopted to meet the work feature of house management bureau. And we develop the all-purpose query module, which can be repeated used. Hence, the development time is reduced.
