Social Peace Security Synthetically Integrated Alarm System

Every family and Group are involved in the security problems of the society. It has been a very complex, as well as important, issue that how to efficiently install the security defense system and at the same time lower the crime rate, help the public security departments to handle such problems swiftly. And a well-configured guard against theft, plunder, fire and alarm system brings us a solution to these security issues. Traditional alarm systems always give an alarm by detecting transducers of theft and fire guarding and emergency buttons automatically from the scenes or through the specific cable. But the way and method of alarming could not satisfy the needs of rapid alarm and complex circumstances with the time and the change of society situation. So it needs a new kind of electronic online automatic alarm system. The paper is a well-configured project of an alarm system that could transfer up data and phonetically direct down with the center of police stations and the power of patrol, and functions with alarm and direct. An integrated online automatic social security alarm system with complete knowledge property right is designed in the paper and used in many communities in Chengdu. The main process of work is: When a user gives an alarm, the user's alarm could receive the signal wirelessly, and transfers it to police stations through the telephone network. The police stations received the signal check the geography information system to find out the information of alarm spot. At the same time, the server changes the information into phonetic signal through TTS, and sends the signal to all of the current walkie-talkies. And if borough department want to know all of the information of orders, it is possible to communicate the data with wireless equipment. The project is rebuilding on the base of 500M wireless networks with the support of GIS, wireless data transferring and TTS to manage the police power and to know the order situation in time. The complete actualization process of the project is described in the paper from hardware and software truss. The holistic design is introduced from 7 respects such as police interface module, atlas check module, data register module, data transfer module, TTS module, operation power manage module and configure amend module. The design processes of 7 main classes and objects such as MainWnd, MapWnd, ResultDisplayFrm, AlarmUserInfoCrt, AlarmVoice, ButMenuCrt and CMapcat in the project are introduced in detail.
