The Research And Accomplish Of Computer Testing Based On E-Learning

Item Response Theory which has developed in recent years is a kind of theory of Education Measurement. It is based.on the theory of latency particularity. Because it is better than Classical Measure Theory, it has been widely used in modern measure.A successfully used of Item Response Theory is Computerized Testing which is assisted by compute. Computerized Testing renovate the maneuver thinking and it introduce into a powerful modern technology measure—compute. It show a new way and a new field for education and mentality measure.At first , in my article, I introduce the UNDP403 project, and then I introduce Item Response Theory and Classical Measure Theory. I compare Item Response Theory with Classical Measure Theory and show the virtues of Item Response Theory. And then I constitute the Computerized Testing system which based on Logistic model — a very famous model in Item Response Theory. In my system I used factory model, because Item Response Theory is developing , maybe a newer and better model will appear in the future , in that time we will be easy to extend our system.
