Research On AAA And Access Control System In Mobile IPv6

With the fast development of mobile communications and Internet technology.people hope to conveniently access Internet's resources anytime and anywhere.Mobile IPv6 is a solution for mobility on global internet, and it has large address space, good Quality of Service (QoS), embedded security mechanism. Mobile IPv6 can make mobile nodes keep going communication when they change their links. Mobile nodes must be authenticated , authorizated ,accounted for the wide business application of Mobile IPv6. The AAA function of mobile nodes can't be implemented without access control system. Access control system is the major mechanism of network security and protection. It can ensure that network information resources would not be illegally use and access.Based on the background and knowledge of Mobile IPv6,the Mobile IPv6 AAA system based on DIAMETER is introduced. The system integrates Mobile IPv6 with AAA, implements the address configure of mobile nodes with stateless address autoconfiguration ,and configures other network parameters of mobile nodes using DHCP. The binding update in home agent is implemented within the AAA procedure of mobile nodes. Meanwhile,this thesis also analyzes the problem of access control technologies under wireless mobile network,and then proposes a novel wireless mobile IPv6 access control system on network layer,which is based on packet filter and packet tagging.The thesis describes the architecture,workflow and function of system in detail. Finally, this paper describes the details of system implementation and testing result.
