Recently, theories and methods of signal processing are obtained to develop quickly. In fact, signal processing is an important foundation stone for all kinds of subjects' developing. Deconvolution analysis is always a hot topic in this fields, and it has become a part of constitution of signal processing fields, and its developing tends gradually to maturity and systematization.fMRI is a good way for researching the brain nervous activity, which depends on veracious detection of the brain activation. The way which be used in detection now very stands on the select of threshold; the slight variance of the threshold will make great difference between the results, and the select of threshold has no theory support, so the accuracy and veracity of the results will be reduced. For resolving this problem, this paper introduces deconvolution analysis. This paper introduced the theory and method of deconvolution analysis by the numbers, and proved its correctness form positive side and negative side, and analyzed the connection between the value of F test and the SNB of the signal in detail. At the same time, it was applied to process fMRI data, which had very important value; and discussed the advantage and disadvantage of this method through the results.Deconvolution analysis successfully analyzed and detected fMRI data and located the brain activation. It reduced the probability of false detection, increased the actuality of detection, and the results were very closed to the truth. All above showed nicer signal processing ability and factual value of this way. This paper include: theory of biomedicine imaging, theory of deconvolution analysis, the introduction of theory of fMRI, and the application of deconvolution analysis in the fields of processing fMRI data. Finally, summarized the work of this paper and some problems on the deconvolution analysis which to be solved were presented and the direction of the development pointed out.
