With the rapid increase in the scale and complexity of software, the traditional development mode of software is confronted with enormous challenge. Then the next round of software crisis appears, the effective solution to this problem is software reuse. The technology of component plays a very important role of software reuse.The data form with the feature of the CRF has been applied very widely. During the development of data form, however, there is a lot of repetitive work. For this reason, this paper provides a common platform using software reuse technology, which is based on component, for the development and utilization of many kinds of data forms. This platform is an appropriate solution of its domain. Found on the platform this paper also proposes a domain-oriented component repository which is very important in practice. Therefore, how to manage and maintain the repository becomes the research emphasis of our paper.This paper especially discusses research and implementation of the component repository technology, which is oriented to data form, based on the architecture of the development platform of data form for Web service. First the paper introduces the architecture of the development platform of data form. Second it discusses some related problems such as the architecture of component repository which supports the platform and component classification which is called faceted classification and retrieval arithmetic which combines the ordinary retrieval with faceted classification. At last, to assure the qualities of data forms the paper represents a strategy of the binding between constraints and data form components or the binding among the constraints of components, and gives the implementation of the key technology using OCL as the constraints.
