According to the estimation by expert, The commercial mode of B2B occupies the absolute advantage in the whole e-commerce in the following several years, And what B2B involve is that enterprise use Internet or various kinds of commercial network to buy and sell to other enterprise, namely the question on purchase. So purchase is the core of B2B commercial affair. And, with the deep development of the network technology and commercial technology, The role of electronicalization of purchasing activity in commercial trade seems particularly outstanding, The first, though the first and second generation of e-commerce including information issue based on Internet and shopping on net, electronic payment, and then complement and provide delivering system with the logistics of electronic management and so on shorten the trade time to a certain extent, and reduce trade cost. But, the automation of purchasing trade activity or the semi-automatic degree still seem a bit weak, Especially negotiation in the trading course can't realize automation yet. So need the third generation of e-commerce based on Agent to accept the challenge.My paper is just based on the points mentioned above for further expansion in many related fields. Based on the features of Agent, such as intelligence, independence, interaction, sociality and cooperation etc.. Introduce intelligent Agent to the purchase activities of enterprise, Enable them to share out the work and help each other in a situation that nobody intervened directly, finish most work together.
