As an important part of enterprise management and eternalsubject of all economic activities, safety in production is of vitalimportance to the people's life in production. Being called riskassessment in foreign countries, safety evaluation is generally usedto identify the danger for a system, including a design of engineering,a technological process, a device or an equipment etc , and to give anevaluation in quality or quantity. As one of means of predicting safetystatus for an enterprise and objective forecast, safety evaluation isprovided with higher veracity and more excellent accuracy. Itspurpose is to detect a hidden trouble for enterprise production, and torectify without delay, accordingly to ensure safety in production forenterprise.There is a heavy task for safety production in the electric powersupply enterprise. Causing difficulty for detecting operations, manualoperations and computer single machine system had been alwaysused for safety evaluation. It could not meet the urgent demand forenterprise increasingly safety situation, and was restricted in theapplied effect of safety evaluation. Consequently, a computer-Aidedsafety evaluation system which is higher efficient, more reliable andconvenient is urgently needed for the electric power supply enterprise.With the rapid development of network and information technologyand the wide application of the Internet/Intranet, this demands couldbe satisfied. The system is the Electric Power Supply EnterpriseSafety Evaluation System of network edition for the Electric PowerLimited Corporation of Jilin Province. According to the distributed characteristic of the data in thesafety evaluation of electric power supply enterprise , Browser/Serverthree-layer structure based on Web is used in the system, and theapplication program was developed and disposed on the server , allfunctions of safety evaluation could be accomplished by IE operationon the client . At present there are two main application developmenttechnologies based on Web, one is Jsp+JavaBeans mode based onJ2EE from SUN , the other is ASP.NET+COM technology fromMicrosoft . The key of Jsp+JavaBeans mode based on J2EE lies inJava technology, it more gets near or meets the demand for opendistribution and platform irrelevance in the intelligent Web service ofInternet/Intranet, at the same time it is more mature and stable instrength and security and component. However, Microsoft has madea monopoly of this technology, the latter is worse in the programportability, it could not be used between platforms, so theJsp+JavaBeans model based on J2EE from SUN has been chosen todevelop the Power Supply Enterprise Safety Evaluation System ofnetwork edition. The system designed plan is a 3-layer-architecture Jspapplication, they are client layer(IE), intermediate layer(Websphere)and database layer(Sybase). IE is used to login server to process theinput/output of users in the client layer. IBM's Websphere is used toaccomplish professional logic of the application programs in theintermediate layer. Sybase, the distributed relation database from theSybase is used to serve the real functions of storage, inquiry andmodification in the database layer. JDBC interface technology is usedto link databases. The evaluation limit is divided according to theworking characteristic and character of different units in the ElectricPower Limited Corporation of Jilin Province. The major professionalflow is accomplished by Web application. The person who checks and evaluates the system is led toaccomplish the work by both which the safety evaluation's mission istransmitted to lower levels level by level, the safety evaluation datareached the higher authorities level by level, and by the projectrectifying and reforming flow. The system produces all kinds of safetyevaluation reports and calculates scores by adopting choicejudgement to record data and data information being processedautomatically in back end computer. System users are divided intoprovince user, city user, second-class unit user and team user byauthority management. The double seeds authentication of CAsystem is adopted to authenticate user's status. Users at all leversare permitted to login appropriate user's interfaces to operate throughsystem main interface. The network rectifying and reforming functionhas been accomplished. The rectification and reform to self-checkingquestions and specialist questions is convenient and quick. Theresults of rectifying and reforming is displayed in graphic mode sothat it is convenient to analyze the data.
