Methods Research And Realization Of Localization Based On Sensor Array

Localization exists in person's living widely. Acurate localization can makethe transportation more efficient and more credible. Nowadays, not only persons,but also the so called artificial-intelligent devices, such as robots, automatedguided vehicle (AGV) or missile have to find an answer to the localizationquestion. Meanwhile, many goods in living such as asset, mobile phone and PDAetc also need be localized.In this paper the development of localization technique is introduced and theresearch is done on the algorithm of source localization based on sensor array. Ancyclic MUSIC algorithm is presented for near field cyclostationary sourcelocalization and computer simulations is conducted. Realize the sourcelocalization system based on the ultrasonic sensor array and it has come in use inthe AGV model system. Test the localization system and AGV model system,finally.The paper is divided into seven chapters and the architecture of this paper isas follows:In the first chapter the backgraound, development of localization techniqueand the contents of this paper are introduced. In the second chapter some basicmathematic knowledge is introduce needed in localization algorithm based on thesensor array such as high order statistics, cyclic statistics. In the third chapter thedevelopment of the ocalization algorithms such as: TOA, TDOA, DOA andR&DOA estimate based on the sensor array are summarized. In the fourth chaptera cyclic MUSIC algorithm is presented for near field cyclostationary sourcelocalization and computer simulations is conducted. In the fifth chapter alocalization system for AGV model system based on the ultrasonic sensor arrayand the system is tested.
