Prefix With the development of the social economy and scientific technology, China Mobile Communications also made a compelling achievement in the world. Either the network dimensions or numbers of consumers have already been the NO.1 on the earth. In the service aspect, GPRS system, intelligent network and IP service etc make vigorous development. In the network management and operations, We reduce the distance with the advanced operation and maintenance provider. With China joining the WTO, the pressure of competition becomes more and more severity. But the core competition of Mobile Communications enterprises comes from excellent network service quality. With new devices , new technologies joining continuously , network dimensions extending continuously and new services come forth continuously, the different structure problem of network becomes very outstanding. Traditional highly centralized network management pattern can't fit the need of all kinds of network complicated management. Possessing of strong and perfect support system and high level network management, that is a instant requirement of guaranteeing, promoting network service quality and consumer satisfaction degree. It also is a praxis requirement that we remain invincible in the market competition. So, careful research of Mobile Network management, and quickening the mobile communication network constructing are the aim and causes that I research the task. JAVA,CORBA AND TMN INTEGRATION At present, network management system connect all sorts of elements with OMC mainly. Network communication protocols are various and data type is complicated. The interface mode of connecting has two types: Database type and text type. So by the last two chapters analysis of characteristic of TMN and CORBA technology, combined China Mobile Communications network management rules, the specialty of mobile network 's different structure platform and the trend of network management development, we build a network management integration scenario of JAVA/CORBA /TMN according to performance management (PM) subsystem. When applet downloaded of JAVA links to manager,it scans all the list of agent that already linked with manager. User can execute the management operation of Agents. CORBA/CMIP gateway:In order that CORBA can inter-operate with CMIP/CMIS,correlative object models must be inter-mapped. Manager: implement long-distance management for managed objects. To meet the requirement, NMC-OMC interface, CORBA objects and inter-operations between different network management protocols should be given. GIOP/IIOP over TCP/IP is NMC Application COS Notification service Name service Log service OMC ApplicationORB GIOP/IIOP TCP/IP DL/PHY ORB GIOP/IIOP TCP/IP DL/PHYadopted in this interface to support communication between ORBs. NMC: general reference to an entity that is responsible for management of OMCs. NMC can manage OMCs provided by different vendors. NMC can reside in two levels, in provincial level and national level. OMC: general reference to an entity that is responsible for the management of network elements. OMC should be managed by NMC and provide standard interface according to this specification. Research and implement of Performance Management subsystem PM subsystem is one of the most importance subsystem in jilin province mobile network management system. PM subsystem includes data-collection layer, data-processing layer and data-applications layer. In current network management system, after performance data created, NMC makes task. OMCs periodly collect original data from all vendors. By resolving, data is loaded into vendors original database. Subsequently, data-processing layer process the original data in the original database. By filtering, choosing, abstracting, conformity and collecting, the data is processed to unified format data and it is loaded to unified format database. So NMC could analyze and transfer original data. Data-application layer realizes performance-analysis, report-form creation, data-rootle, network optimization and abnormal guideline monitor. Also including CONFIGURATION and taking-on warning data. Research and implement of data-collect layer Data-collect function transfers performance data, configuration data and warning data into original database. At present, the vendor's equipment interface is disunity. So it should devise different interface module for different vendor's equipment. And the different interface modules areindependent. Data collected is resolved to the special format that is required according to data format that vendors provide. Then the data is loaded into vendor original database. Flow as below: 图8 Data-collect layer framework The process is based on many AGENTS structure. To file format performance data, CORBA AGENT is responsible for resolving performance data into especial format that data load requires, and put it to especial data load directory. Another CORBA AGENT scans the directory by timing. And by the control file , CORBA MANAGER processes the data,loads it to vendor especial database. To database format data, CORBA Agent scans OMC database,Manger inserts the records that accord with qualifications Research and design of data-process layer Different format performance data in vendor's original database is processed to especial format data that requires according to unified format GUI MANAGEROriginadatabaseORBAGENT NE MIBOMC performance dataruler. And these data is put into unified data load directory. Subsequently, CORBA AGENT scans the directory, CORBA MANAGER inserts the datas into unified database by database control file to form all kinds of index data that can be analyzed and looked over. Data-process layer flow chart as below: 图9 Data-process layer framework Research and design of data-application layer Data-application layer does performance analysis, report forms creation, data-rootle, network optimization and abnormal guideline monitor, also including CONFIGURATION and taking on warning data. Statistic analysis and taking-on report forms of performance data in Network management system take on by WEB mode. And at the basis of that, emulator implements data-collect of performance management based on TMN frame. The combination of CORBA and TMN can implement information management of different structure, distributed network environment.
