The Supporting System Design Of Learning-oriented Enterprises Based On Performance Technology

After taking part in "WTO",enterprises in China will be confronted with harsh international competition. If they want to survive in competition,they must improve the competition capability of enterprises. Developing Human resource is an efficient way of improving capability of competition. Organization learning of enterprise, as a important way of Human resource development, plays a important role increasingly. Since the construction of learning-oriented enterprises is just on its way and mature theories haven't been set up,the introduction of effective theories is necessary for efficient organizational learning. Performance technology in educational technology emphasizes on performance analysis and training with systematic methods,therefore,this paper aims at concrete and all-round design and research about enterprise learning based on performance technology theory. First,some questions are put forward from the present situation of construction and research of learning-oriented enterprises, meanwhile,the main idea of the paper is introduced; Second,the basic theories of organizational learning and supporting design—performance technology—are illustrated, and design patterns based on performance technology are formulated; Then,the complete process of learning-oriented enterprise construction is studied,from analyzing learning need,exploring the reason to selecting and designing interfere .Finally, enterprise strategy,enterprise culture and knowledge and information system are probed as the support to organizational learning. The paper emphasizes on an all-round learning-oriented enterprise supporting system based on analyzing learning need, which will be of value to learning-oriented organizational construction in China.
