Based on Symphony Distributed Control System provided by Industry Process Control and Simulation Lab of NCEPU, the dissertation develops application software combined with communication between PC and DCS, model identification and controlation timely. The dissertation first analyzes the applied signification of PC communicating with DCS, then studies theory of interface CIU and methods of communication through it. We identify the system model with the mothod of neural based on the datas that we have collected, and discusse the methods to control timely the control system. At last, three functions above are synthesized into software.
