The visual reality(VR) technique is a high technique involved many branches of knowlage and developing quickly in 20th century. With the fast development of VR and network technique, to realize VR on the internet becomes possible. VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language)is the language standard of VR on the internet. The article makes a deep arithmetic study about NC milling simulation under VRML, Which is dynamic and real-time. The following is content:The article mainly studies various interactive techniques with VRML based on the study of three dimensional modeling methods.To study various three-dimensional modeling methods, make use of quad tree to split indexed faces in VRML imported from CAD.To produce a kind of method of collision detection based VRML , after comparing many VR collision detection methods.Two sort of cutters form sweeping space when they are milling, put forward a complete milling arithmetic of working process which achieve entirely triaxiality numeral control working.
