The Research And Implementation Of B2B E-commerce System Based On SCM

SCM, as a kind of modern business administration strategy, carries on the organization of unity , planning , coordination and controlling to the key elements taking place in the supplying chain , such as logistics , information flow , funds and trade partnership etc. However, if someone wants to get the comparatively complete information of SCM, it is very expensive to depend on its cost of the artificial environment. The appearance of e-commerce mode can offer effective information technical support and wide moving arena for the enterprises' implementing of SCM. Especially B2B e-commerce, it is not only making the nodal enterprise with every information easy sharing , connection further closer in the supplying chain, but also the whole operation of SCM is more efficient. Through analyzing all sorts of questions appearing to a key enterprise- ----Logistic Association of University of Shaanxi under traditional background of management style in the SCM, this thesis proposes a solving tactics, that is, utilizing the advanced modern information technology on the basis of SCM strategy , especially the network technology. It introduces an outstanding management mode such as SCM to the operation of e-commerce among enterprises. On the basis of effectively controlling the Logistics Association of University of Shaanxi ,it realizes cost controlling and promotes the service level in an all-round way. Finally it makes the supplying chain having better competitiveness, and realizes the purpose that maximizes the appreciation. This thesis is on the basis of analysing the basic theories of SCM and e-commerce theory, especially business to business. It puts forward the overall planning and design of B2B e-commerce system which is based on SCM, include system structure , front and back platform , Systematic goal etc. Secondly , it adopts J2EE technology to build up for the developing platform, and realizes the Systematic development. The main work has designed and realized these function module, including treatment procedure of the order, customer's cental Java database connection, making use of JavaMail to realize E-maik shopping cart and so on; At the same time, it has proposed the mode idea of the individualized e-commerce and finished the page logic behaves of this system front. Then, this thesis has done the detailed introduction to the system function module, and has done deep ground analysis to the safety management of the system. At last, it summarizes the research work of the thesis, and looks systematic development into the distance.
