This paper mainly discusses the research and application of web-based DSS, presents Web-based DSS for Security Analysis, expounds the process of the realization. The interoperability of DSS is enhanced, and the distributed environment is supported through the use of web technology. The technologies of software engineering and OOP develop rapidly, it brings a chance for the realization of web-based DSS. A web-based decision support system for security analysis is presented.
