Modern nuclear analysis technology is a synthetical technology composed by various methods and based on the interaction of particle and matter, nuclear effect and nuclear spectral study. It has many traits such as highly sensitivity, better accuracy, to measure various elements simultaneously and little basis effects etc. It may take effect that general non-nuclear analysis method hardly takes, even cannot take sometimes. The measure technology of multi-channel nuclear energy spectral is the basis of matter composition analysis and radioactivity detection by way of nuclear analysis method. It is the one of important problems that how to get and analyze the multi-channel data of nuclear energy spectral efficiently in nuclear data acquisition field. Due to the continuous efforts of utilizing the new achievements of electronics, such as the low power consumption ICs, the PLDs and the SCM technology, rapid progress has been made in the area of nuclear data acquisition. With the fast development of computer technology, now PCs (personal computer) are powerful of processing data. Many acquisition and analysis of multi-channel data are completed by the middle or small size computers in the past, now can be done by PCs mostly. PC can process data with real time feature and complete the control of multi-channel data acquisition card after nuclear data send to PC through computer interface.The paper aims at the domestic and international developmental tendency in the aspect of multi-channel nuclear energy spectral measure technology and combining the characteristics of domestic work. The paper introduces the high speed DSP into energy spectral acquisition and measure field and makes relatively systematic research with a view to many existed problem such as acquisition speed, weight, portable performance and inconvenience of on-field manipulation in domestic multi-channel nuclear energy spectral measure instrument on present. Paper made relatively detailed exposition about the multi-channel energy spectral acquisition card based on high speed DSP researched by me. The card makes use of high speed DSP TMS320F206 with 32K×16 words on-chip Flash Memory of TI company as its control core and new low power consumption A/D converter IC AD7899 with 400Ksps throughput rate as ADC of MCPHA, adopts large capacity and high performance SRAM with 64K×16Bits as external data memory. The card has improved distinguish and control circuit. High efficient reserved power system composed of maintenance-free storage battery raises the reliability of the whole instrument and enlarges the application place. Acquisition card connects with desktop computer or notebook computer on line by using RS-232 interface, portable ness is good. The card willraise the highest counting rate of MCA greatly; shorten the nuclear spectral analysis time. The success of the card's development will make it have wide use in the land study field, environmental inspection and radioactive detection (as build material, gem), archaeological studies, industrial online analysis and control aspects and it is promotive for the development of Nuclear Electronic.
