Research And Implementation Of An Intelligent Network Platform Based On CTI Technology

CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) undergoes a gradual development following the wide application of computers in communication. This kind of integration of computer and telecommunication would provide capacious development space and tremendous lucre for telecommunication. Computers exist not only to play the role of controlling part of exchange or transmission devices, but have gradually evolved into part of speech communication which will find its ways into communication network to the full extent. At present, the development of the traditional speech service almost stands still, and its business expansion mainly depends on value-added telecom service which is lack of additional network structure on the basis of former communication network. And then intelligent network emerges as the times require.This article puts forward and fulfils a kind of Intelligent Network platform based on CTI technology, after researching the difference between CTI and IN, implements an IN system with low cost and full function, which has high commercial value.This article introduces the two technologies (CTI technology and intelligence-network technology) closely related to the article' s research around the development history of telecommunication network in the former part of the paper. In the latter part it focuses on the intelligent network platform on the basis of CTI technology, together with the introduction of design ideology and system structure of the platform, and expounds several kernel entities of the platform. The whole platform, with the standard regulations of intelligent network for reference and with adequate consideration of expandable performance of the system, lays a firm foundation for the system's transition to the next generation network.
