In the paper, author combined the craft, characteristic of processing of air-impingement equipment, analyzing that the course is being controlled and existed at present question and the contrast intellectual control not many kinds of at foundation of method. Proceed from actual conditions of the subject, adopt SCM , FUZZY separately- PID control theory and fictitious two ways of instrument technology, have designed the intelligent control system that 2KW air-impingement equipment .In the course of research of one-chip computer , FUZZY-PID control system , control the principle and fuzzy control theory as the foundation with increment type PID ,Adopt the pulse width to modulate the law (PWM ), designs its software part, and combine the hardware design principle of the one-chip computer, ones that have designed the control system Part of the hardware circuit ,Because of fictitious technological LabWindows/CVI software workbench of instrument , develop the software based on control system of fictitious instrument technology, including the working way is selected, data gathering, show , RS232 communication, etc .
