| Industy Configuration Software is a new branch of software for industry control, it has lots of advantage such as reuse, development circle, stability etc, so it has made a rapid development and applied in industry control fields widely.In this paper, system structure, data process and configuration parameter's generation technique of industry configuration software are studied, and a solution that divide industry configuration software into soft-bus,database system, graphic system,scripting module, communication module, hot standy module and third party interface is advanced, technique such as soft-bus, database, communication, Scripting, animation are studied and be applied to design and implemente a visual and graphic running platform of industry configuration software named DUTHMI based on the structure above. Soft-bus is designed based on real-time database technique as the core component of DUTHMI, and XML is used to discribe the configuration parameters in DUTHMI, definition of configuration parameter based on XML is implemented, and reader of configuration parameter is implemented with MSXML DOM; a communication module support multi-device is designed, real-time device dispatch is implemented by token mechanism and dispatch queue; merge method is used to optimize communication instruction in the design of device driver, communication instruction is reduced effictively, and efficiency of communication is enhanced. MS Script control is applied in running platform to support scripting, performentce of running platform is reinforced. DUT_HMI is developed by Visual C++6.0 and Visual Basic 6.0.Real-time graphic presentation, abnormal warning of device and variable,display real-time curve and history curve, history data query, report form print function are implemented in DUT_HMI. It support lot of commnicate protocol and can communicate with PLC, intelligent device. DUTHMI has been applied to Electrostatic and dust-catching system and have a perfact performence.
